Optimization of Total Cost of Production for a Mixed Make-To-Order (MTO) and Make-To-Stock (MTS) Production System with Lot Sizing for the RMG Industry in Bangladesh

This paper contains a production and inventory planning model with lot sizing in an RMG factory. is example of mixed integer linear programming. The primary goal this approach, which combines the make-to-order (MTO) make-to-stock (MTS) methods are to simultaneously satisfy existing customer orders new order reduce total cost. Here, systems becoming more common since they allow businesses increase revenues while managing expenses by maintaining positive cash flow. For contexts where demand cyclical but predictable, stores predicted data fresh forthcoming orders.
